सूरह 83 Al-Mutaffifin (The Defrauding), आयत 29

إِنَّ الَّذِينَ أَجْرَمُوا كَانُوا مِنَ الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا يَضْحَكُونَ
Indeed, those who committed crimes used to laugh at those who believed.
