सूरह 70 Al-Ma'arij (The Ascending Stairways), आयत 40

1. فَلَا أُقْسِمُ بِرَبِّ الْمَشَارِقِ وَالْمَغَارِبِ إِنَّا لَقَادِرُونَ

   So I swear by the Lord of (all) risings and settings that indeed We are able
