सूरह 15 Al-Hijr, आयत 2

رُبَمَا يَوَدُّ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَوْ كَانُوا مُسْلِمِينَ
Perhaps those who disbelieve will wish that they had been Muslims.
